Sven Büchel
Sven has demonstrated a track record of performance in the areas of asset management, fund management, and financial product structuring for a period exceeding two decades. Following the establishment of his own asset management firm in Switzerland, namely Seneca Invest AG, where he held the role of Chief Executive Officer, Sven proceeded to establish Van Sterling Capital Limited in 2014. This asset management company is duly licenced by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) in Malta. He and his team are distinguished by their exceptional ability to develop innovative financial products and strategies.
Alexander Rapatz
As legal, corporate finance and investment expert, Alexander brings in more than 15 years working experience in regulated financial institutes, top-tier law and Venture Capital firms. Alexander is managing partner at Black Manta Capital Partners, board member of the European Super Angels Club, independent advisor of the European Commission and lecturer at the Business Angel Institute.

As a Risk Manager with the expertise to trade and analyse financial instruments, I am responsible for identifying, analysing, and mitigating risks associated with trading activities. My role involves continuous monitoring of market conditions, conducting stress tests, and developing risk management frameworks to safeguard against potential financial losses, thereby protecting the institution’s assets and maintaining its financial stability.

I started with software development early in my career. I am interested in blockchain, AI and modern technologies. I love building businesses at scale using the latest technologies.
