Risk management
Hard pre-defined loss envelopes are enforced at the order ticket level – per trade, per decision unit, and at portfolio level. The aggregate daily cap halts all execution until the next session if breached, with no discretionary widening.
CFD Strategy
LightFlux-FX
A CFD (Contract for Difference) is a financial derivative that allows investors to gain economic exposure to the price movement of underlying assets – including foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and equities – without owning the underlying asset itself.
The investment objective of LightFlux-FX is to generate persistent alpha through systematic, rule-based execution on liquid G10 FX pairs.
The strategy combines a PhD-engineered decision framework with adaptive artificial intelligence to identify short, statistically favourable trading windows across the G10 FX universe. Long and short positions are opened systematically to capture both upward and downward price dynamics across multiple market regimes. The mechanisms exploited by the individual sub-strategies typically reflect persistent market microstructure dynamics that have been observable over many years.
Each decision node opens leveraged positions under a pre-budgeted monetary loss envelope, typically representing 0.14–0.21 % of equity. Positions are held from intraday to multi-day horizons (median 43.3 hours), and every trade carries a hard stop enforced at the order ticket – with no martingale, no grid, and no averaging-down.
Capital is distributed across many small, independent bounded exposures to deliver effective risk diversification and a structurally low-beta return profile (beta of 0.096 vs S&P 500). All decision nodes are continuously evaluated and dynamically adapted to evolving market regimes.

LightFlux-FX
The LightFlux-FX strategy is a rule-based FX programme combining a PhD-engineered decision framework with adaptive artificial intelligence. It trades a curated portfolio of liquid G10 FX majors and selected crosses across intraday-to-multi-day horizons.
Rather than relying on a single model, the strategy operates an ensemble of independent decision units, each trained on a specific market context (regime, pair, prediction horizon) and continuously re-weighted based on its recent efficiency score. The system is not predictive in the speculative sense: it identifies short, statistically favourable windows where its edge has historically held, and declines to trade when conditions are unfavourable.
Return is generated by the aggregation of many small, independent signals across pairs and horizons — never from concentrated directional bets. The result is a return profile that compounds in small, consistent increments, designed to be structurally uncorrelated with equity markets and appropriate as a diversifying alpha sleeve alongside long-only equity, fixed income or trend-following allocations.
