This Risk Disclosure and Warning (the “Disclosure”) is provided to you (our clients and potential clients) in accordance with the Investment Services Regulations applicable to Van Sterling Capital Ltd. (“the Company”).

All clients and potential clients should carefully read the following notice in this document before beginning to subscribe to strategies for execution on their account with the Company. However, it should be noted that this document cannot disclose or explain all risks and other important aspects associated with trading in the financial instruments offered by the Company. The announcement has been prepared to explain in general terms the nature of the risks involved in trading financial instruments on a fair and non-misleading basis.

The Company offers subscription to non-proprietary strategies in securities such as equities, futures, options, OTC products, ETF, funds, FX (Foreign Exchange), Contracts for Differences (“CFDs”) in equities, commodities, as well as indices, cryptocurrencies and other asset classes. Operationally, the strategies generate signals that the Company forwards to the client’s broker for final execution. The above securities are also referred to as financial instruments in this release.

We offer a wide range of investments, each with its own risks and rewards. The provided document Risks in Securities Trading is intended to provide you with a general description of the nature and principal risks of the financial products you may trade through when selecting strategies through the broker or bank of your choice.
